Stenmark has presented papers on feminist and postmodern philosophies and epistemologies in the context of the science and religion discourse at the American Academy of Religion, American Association for the Advancement of Science, and at several CTNS workshops. She is particularly interested in the intersection between theology (especially narrative and process), philosophies of science and ecology, and is currently working on a book combining these interests into a constructive proposal for a theological methodology in science and religion.
