Megan Rohrer, is a native of Sioux Falls, SD. Megan was the executive director and founder of GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian, Straight, Education Network) Sioux Falls. Megan is a graduate of Augustana College in Sioux Falls and received a master of divinity at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California

Megan has been the Director of The Welcome Ministry (a ministry to the homeless and hungry in the Polk Gultch District of San Francisco, CA) at Old First Presbyterian Church since June of 2002 - and has been called to this ministry by a joint call from Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Christ Church Lutheran, St. Francis Lutheran and Sts. Mary and Martha Lutheran. Megan was ordained extraordinarily on November 18, 2006.

Megan works with Pace e Bene, a Franciscan nonviolence organization, serves on the board of Soujourn Chaplaincy at San Francisco General Hospital and is an associate of the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls, MN.

Megan currently serves on the Covenant Circle as the Communications Chair and serves as the Candidacy Director of the Candidacy and Credentialing Ellipse.
